What is Disrupt?
There are many efforts underway across the DoD to break down barriers to software and hardware reuse between programs. All have common top-level objectives but, with a few notable exceptions, most have dissimilar implementation details, making it cumbersome or impossible to share and reuse applications and services without significant integration challenges.
